I see it as an opportunity to protect my own wellbeing by just being considerate. Others will see it differently I guess. I might have a "right" to be out there but that right won't make it hurt less when I'm hit. I like to be sensible and protect myself. But hey, if someone wants to enforce their right on the road over their personal safety that's their choice 100%. No problem with this at all. Would like to see compulsory tests for cyclists before they use the roads and insurance. It has to be a two-way thing.
