Managers can barely get a time card approved for people you think they have time to do all their human capital work and their daily task? A small business is a different story. Shane Giff perhaps but I have an idea most don’t understand what HR do and think we just sack and lay off people. This isn’t the case. Personally don’t think people should get a job in HR if they have no empathy. We’ve had to deal with terminal illnesses, baby loss, mental health and death of employees.
